The products carry European resistance and durability certifications from the Swedish institute RISE.
Class 1.4, R10 anti-slip, HCHO, CO₂-neutral, Bfl-S1.
Scope of Warranty
The warranty applies only under normal conditions and typical building use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, natural disasters or force majeure, obvious surface damage or destruction, color change due to exposure to light, natural oil loss due to seasonal climate changes, or damage from improper installation, maintenance, cleaning, coating care, mechanical or chemical contamination.
The boards are natural bamboo products with variations in color, texture, and surface. Color can change depending on maintenance cycles and usage time. Color change and surface degradation do not justify a complaint.
The surface and end grain may develop small cracks due to different shrinkage and swelling factors. This is common with most wood products and does not justify a complaint.
The surface may become rough over time due to ongoing expansion and contraction caused by varying local temperatures and climate changes. This is normal for most wood products and does not justify a complaint.
Slight dimensional changes or board deformation may occur after installation. This is typical for wood and does not justify a complaint.
Outdoor bamboo decking is a natural product and is recommended for barefoot walking, though there is always a possibility of splinters — typically fewer than with tropical hardwoods. Especially in pool areas, regular maintenance and application of nature Woca oil are required to smooth the surface and minimize such occurrences. Please monitor the terrace regularly and address any splinters immediately. The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for damage caused by improper use of bamboo products.
Before installation, store products in a dry, shaded area, away from sunlight and rain. Surface defects caused by improper storage do not qualify as warranty claims.
Warranty Conditions
Products must be used according to the installation and maintenance guidelines. Custom-modified products are not eligible for complaint.
The product must be maintained for the first time after installation, and then every six months, by cleaning the surface and applying water-based oil. Lack of proper maintenance invalidates the right to claim.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty protects the legitimate rights and interests of the buyer and also applies to rights exercised through the seller. It applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
If a buyer (residential or commercial) submits a valid complaint within 2 years from the date of purchase from ROSKA d.o.o., the company reserves the right to either repair the defects or provide replacement products to the original buyer free of charge, including local replacement and transport costs.
If a valid claim is made between the 3rd and 20th year (commercial) or 30th year (residential) from the original purchase, the level of compensation will be determined by a predefined schedule.
This warranty does not cover any damages caused by third parties (e.g., transporters).
After-Sales Service
Customer complaints must be submitted directly to ROSKA d.o.o. using the product claim form and must include relevant photographic documentation, valid maintenance records, and proof of the replacement costs. ROSKA d.o.o. reserves the right to inspect and verify claims on-site.

The KERO brand and ROSKA d.o.o. guarantee the quality of the sold materials and flooring services under the following conditions:
Warranty Terms
If a complaint is resolved in favor of the customer, ROSKA d.o.o. will ensure free replacement of defective material and/or correction of installation defects (if installed by the company) within 2 years from the installation date.
The parquet must be professionally installed, following the manufacturer’s instructions and general standards and norms in flooring.
Commercial complaint solutions are at ROSKA d.o.o.’s discretion in agreement with the buyer.
The warranty only applies to the quantity of defective material officially identified, not the entire purchased amount.
ROSKA d.o.o. does not assume liability for indirect damages caused by defective products or services.
Claims are valid only if submitted in writing within 30 days of the defect and accompanied by the original and fully paid invoice.
Obvious visual defects must be reported in writing immediately, no later than 8 days after delivery, and before installation.
The compensation amount is based on the value of new material and the time elapsed since purchase.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty is void if:
Damages result from non-professional installation by third parties or unsuitable installation conditions. Damages are caused by an inappropriate subfloor (e.g., unevenness, softness, moisture, poor composition). Damages occur due to moisture, insects, accidents, force majeure, or water leaks. Visual and/or dimensional changes and/or deformations occur due to heating, cooling, humidifying, or drying of the room. Color changes result from aging or light exposure. Damages are caused by normal wear, inadequate renovation, improper cleaning, or incorrect care (e.g., unsuitable products or chemicals). Mechanical damage (scratches, dents, etc.) results from improper use or storage, especially damage caused by high heels, furniture, stones, pets, etc.
Warranty Period
The warranty starts from the purchase date. ROSKA d.o.o. and the KERO brand provide a 35-year material warranty on products purchased from ROSKA d.o.o. A 2-year warranty on installation is provided for installations carried out by ROSKA d.o.o. in private homes. Tampering with the product automatically voids the warranty.
