In collaboration with Marles House, we completed the comprehensive interior and exterior fit-out of nine luxury villas as part of the exclusive Wild Adriatic Way project in Drenje. The project features over 2,000 m² of Kerowood bamboo terraces and pool surrounds, all crafted from M-Comfort thermo-treated bamboo. This bamboo is fully resistant to UV rays, moisture, and high temperatures—perfect for the sunny location overlooking the Adriatic Sea just 100 metres away.
Inside the villas, we installed Kerowood Charakter oiled oak parquet, distinguished by its elegantly rustic texture and natural knots. The parquet harmonizes beautifully with elements of Istrian architecture while offering exceptional resistance to impacts, moisture, and spills—an ideal choice for premium coastal villas.
This project is yet another successful collaboration between Kerowood and Marles House, demonstrating the perfect synergy of high-end materials and modern, sustainable construction.
