A standout feature is the floating staircase with pendant lights, leading to the upper floor housing five bedrooms and a spacious walk-in closet. The parquet runs throughout the entire upper level, creating a sense of cohesion and warmth.
On the exterior—where ceramic surfaces dominate—we introduced a unique architectural accent with dark Kerowood D-Luxury bamboo cladding. This not only complements the overall design but also provides sustainable weather protection while offering a striking visual contrast.
